Shipping Policy

We take pride in crafting each piece by hand, and we want to make sure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.  Below you will find the details of how we ship, what to expect, and where our responsibility begins and ends.

Every product is made with care.  Orders are typically processed and shipped within two-four business days, after your confirmation.  If an item is custom or made to order, processing may take longer.  We will notify you if thats the case.

Domestic Shipping:  We utilize a $10 flat rate for all orders and it is calculated upon checkout.  Orders over $300, ship free within the United States.

International Shipping:  Available to select countries.  Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.  International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees once it reaches your country.  These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates only.  Once we hand your order over to the carrier, transit times are beyond our control.

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.  Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Yes, we ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier.  If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@elojooutdoors within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.
