Returns and Refunds

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.  Please send pictures of the item in question to info@elojooutdoors.com

Items must be unused, in their original condition and include all packaging.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival or the error was ours.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or an incorrect product was sent.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.  Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

To begin your return, please email us at info@elojooutdoors.com with your order number, photos of said reason, and reason for return.  We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
